Wine Soaked Oak

These French White Oak sticks were used in stainless wine tanks to impart "oak barrel"
flavor to the wine! Sacks of oak chips were also put in the tanks as the wine aged.
The wood and the chips still have the wiff of wine!
Red and white, with crystalline formations embedded in the grain.
