Risibisi means rice and peas in the Venetian dialect. Risibisi serves an exciting blend of authentic Italian cuisine and fresh California ingredients. Zagat rated as the "Best Food" in Petaluma, Risibisi aims to delight customers with a beautiful Tuscan style environment, local fresh ingredients, and food prepared by new Italian chef, Giuliana.

We Delivered

Risibisi bar and back bar are paneled with reclaimed redwood tank skins from a 1940s water tank dismantled in Yosemite. While the Italians won the world cup Risibisi and Heritage Salvage designed this unique presentation. Artistic accents abound in the restrooms and a re-purposed barn boor with a driftwood handle slides across a private party room.
