The Fremont Diner is a small roadside diner located in the Sonoma countryside specializing in farm direct simple country food. They wanted to use local suppliers and were interested in creating a restaurant using resourced materials.

They use local farmers such as Greenstring for produce, suppliers such Heritage Salvage for the lumber for tables and chairs, and local artisans such Della Fattoria for bread, Laura Chenel for goat cheese, & Taylor maid for coffee.
